As with any loan, there are 3 components to a loan that determines how much the monthly payments are and how low will it take to pay off the loan in full

Down Payment Amount
For down payment amounts, Typically we require 20-25% of the Seller Financing Price, and depending on the Seller Financing Price you can own cheap land with a minimum of $0 down!
Also, If you want to want to pay off for your land faster, making a larger down payment is the first pillar to making it happen sooner.
You simply let us know beforehand the amount you want to pay down. Then we will accommodate the contract for the desired down payment amount, plus make the appropriate installment payment schedule adjustments.
Once we receive the down payment, we inform you of the terms of the loan which will be financed, the installment payment schedule that offers flexibility to work with your budget, and The loan amortization period (The length of time to pay-off the loan in full).
Installment Payments
In addition to the flexible terms of the loan which can be paid in full at anytime, You also have the convenience of making payments as low as $100/month until you own the property.
For all installment payments, We accept online bank payment (Electronic Funds Transfer or EFT) only and the installment payment will consist of the following:
- Monthly Payment Amount (Principal & Interest)
- Monthly Property Taxes (Escrowed into the Payment)
- Monthly HOA Fees (Escrowed in if Applicable)
- Monthly Note Service Fee
